I was about 16 or 17 years old.I was talking to the two neighbor guy’s who were in the navy years before.They both had the usual forearm and bicep tattoos and one guy had a small bird on each hand.
Wow that was the first time i had really seen a real up close tattoo and they almost looked like (blue blobs)with a touch of an outline popping through.Right then an their i knew i wanted A TATTOO.

When i joined the Air force i was stationed in Las vegas. Before i got to vegas i had gotten 2 or 3 in denver colo, and 1 in germany and one more in Pennsylvania, not in that order.
I must have walked ablut 10 miles to the shop and in the 80’s there was only one shop and that was the las vegas tattoo company.
I walked in and said i wanted to get my arms filled up, bub and paul both said you mean sleeved and of course i agreed really not knowing.
I put my faith in three guy’s i’ve nevver even seen before,Bub,smiling paul,and Doc dog.
